There are no extra fees for their service. They handle everything from deposits to day-of support so you can just show up and celebrate.

Flights & Transportation

You will be flying into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

Booking flights with Romantics Travel is not required. We realize that most of our guest have points or miles they would like to use, or would like the opportunity to book flights when they want.

If you need assistance with flight schedules or would like some help booking your flights, Romantics Travel is happy to help! You can reach Jeff or Kimberly at 817-386-0701

Also, since you'll be booking your room with our group, private group transportation to and from the airport is included in the rates!

Flight schedules must be forwarded to Romantics Travel no later than 45 days prior to travel to arrange transportation. They will also send out reminders via email. Transportation will only be arranged for the date of check-in and check-out, and only to and from the airport and wedding resort.

E-Ticket Form
- All travelers must complete the free online E-Ticket form prior to arrival
- A QR code will be generated and scanned at the airport upon entry and exit

Additional Requirements
- Travelers may be asked to show a return flight and resort confirmation

Vaccinations
- No vaccinations are required for travelers from the United States

FAQs

Q: Do I need to book through Romantics Travel?
Yes. To attend our wedding events, you must book through Romantics Travel. Booking outside our group will result in disconnection from the group, loss of included amenities, potential extra charges, and no guaranteed access to wedding events.

Q: Must I stay at the wedding resort to attend the wedding? We strongly encourage it. Guests not booked in our block may need to purchase a day pass or per-event pass, and these are extremely limited.

Q: What is included in the package?
All-inclusive accommodations covering meals, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), taxes, tips, all wedding events, and round-trip airport transfers. A 3-night minimum stay is required.

Q: When should I reserve my room?
As soon as possible. Popular room categories sell out quickly and group rates are available for a limited time. You may request dates outside the block window, but availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Can I book a higher room category, or a room that isn’t in the wedding block?
Yes, as long as the resort has availability. Note your preferred room in the request form and Romantics Travel will provide a quote. Quotes on rooms outside the existing block may take a few extra days.

Q: Can I make payments?
Yes. After your initial deposit, you can pay in any amount at any time using the Make a Payment link above, or simply pay the remaining balance by the final due date.

A $50 late payment penalty applies to reservations unpaid by the final payment date. Reservations not paid within 7 days of that date will automatically cancel and all payments will be forfeited.

Q: Do I need Travel Insurance?
It's strongly recommended. Most US health insurance does not cover you internationally, and cancellation can happen for any number of reasons. The plan available through the supplier offers 75% back for cancellation for any reason and 100% back for covered reasons. Insurance is non-refundable and must be purchased at time of deposit.

Q: What if I can't make it? Are there any cancellation fees?
Cancellation fees apply depending on how far out you cancel. Travel insurance is the best protection. Without it, you risk losing all payments made. Contact Romantics Travel immediately if you need to modify or cancel.

Q: What about name changes?
Reserve your room when you are certain of your travel companion. Name changes carry a $50 edit fee. No changes will be processed within 70 days of departure, and changes may result in repricing at current available rates.

Q: Is round-trip transportation included?
Yes. Round-trip airport transfers are included for guests booked in our block. Submit your flight itinerary through the Flight Link Romantics Travel will email you at 90 days out. Itinerary must be submitted at least 45 days before departure. If the deadline is missed, you will need to arrange and pay for your own transportation.
